What are your opening hours?
We’re open 8am to 9pm every day of the week, including weekends and most bank holidays.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We’re at 76 London Road, Worcester WR5 2DY, on the A44 in the Battenhall area. There’s on-street parking on and around London Road (please check local restrictions and signs), and we’re an easy walk from the surrounding streets.
Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entrance is step-free with an automatic door, so it’s easy to get in and out with a wheelchair, pram or trolley.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major cards, including contactless and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you sell alcohol, and what are the rules?
Yes, we’re a licensed off-licence selling beer, cider, wine and spirits. We operate Challenge 25, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 please bring valid ID. Please always drink responsibly.
Can I send or collect parcels?
Yes, we’re a Collect+ point for sending and collecting parcels, which is handy for online shopping returns and deliveries. Bring your QR code or drop-off label and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you always have everything in stock?
We keep a wide everyday range, but as an independent shop stock can vary day to day. If there’s something specific you need, give us a quick call on 07920 778629 before heading over and we’ll let you know.
